There are three teams that can help you manage your policy with UniMed:

Sales Team

The Sales Team can provide information on your plan and on changes you could make to the level of cover you have. We understand that circumstances change and sometimes changes need to be made to ensure premiums remain affordable. The Sales Team can talk you through the options for changing cover and how it affects your premium.

Our Sales Team can also help you transition from an employer scheme to private membership when you leave your employer.

You can contact the Sales Team by email at sales@unimed.co.nz or on 0800 600 666 and selecting option 3, from 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday. We will reply to emails by the end of the next working day.

Membership Services Team

The Membership Services Team is here to help you manage your policy with us, including changing plan, adding or removing people from your policy, or updating your contact details.

You can contact the Membership Services Team by email at members@unimed.co.nz or on 0800 600 666 and selecting option 3, from 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday. We will reply to emails by the end of the next working day.

Accounts Team

The Accounts Team looks after the calculation of your premium and manages your premium payment method. If you have any questions about the amount, frequency or payment method of your premium, or if you’d like to make changes, please contact the Accounts Team by email at accounts@unimed.co.nz or on 0800 600 666 and selecting option 1, from 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday. We will reply to emails by the end of the next working day.
