Our Receptionist handles all incoming phone calls and greets all members who visit our Head Office.

 

Reception

   

Our Reception area is our place of initial contact with our members. We have two staff members, one dedicated to the Accounts Department and one dedicated to the Claims Department, who can assist you with any queries. Two meeting rooms provide a confidential environment for any enquiries.

Our Sales Co-ordinator, herself having over 8 years at UniMed, assists the Sales Team with day-to-day administration and all office needs. Our Head Office Sales Representatives are very experienced in the Health Insurance Industry and all of them average over 15 years experience in this specialised field.
