If you have been paying your premiums by wage or salary deduction
from your place of employment and you leave that position,
then there will be a requirement for you to make alternative
arrangements with regard to cover. Please contact our Accounts
Department, by e-mail on accounts@unimed.co.nz
or freephone on 0800-600-666, so that we may assist with this
transfer.
It could well
be that your new employer is able to offer you wage deductions.
Alternatively you may select one of the other methods of payment
which have been explained under the heading "How
Can I Pay For My Health Insurance".
