How Can I Pay For My Health Insurance

UniMed has several convenient ways in which premiums can be paid. They are:

  • Salary or wage deductions via your employer. Many employers are happy to deduct from wages the necessary amount to cover UniMed health insurance. These deductions are made to coincide with the employee's pay period.
  • Direct Debit. A large percentage of UniMed members pay by direct debit. These deductions are usually made monthly from the member's bank account and once set up, require no further action by the member.
  • Invoice. This facility is used less these days however UniMed is happy to mail invoices for annual, six-monthly or quarterly periods direct to the member.
UniMed realises that circumstances do change and it is simply a matter of phoning UniMed's Head Office Accounts Department.
