Want To Add My Family To My Policy
Again,
by contacting UniMed's Sales staff on 0800 600 666 we will be
pleased to forward to you the necessary documentation in order
to add your family to your policy.
Please note: If you are celebrating the birth of a new arrival
to your family and wish to add them to your policy from their
date of birth then all that is required is that you notify
UniMed, in writing, within thirty days of your baby being
born. This notification can be made by letter, fax or e-mail,
please include your child's full name and date of birth.
If written notification has not been received within thirty
days it will be necessary for you to complete an application
form, including a health declaration, to add your child to
the policy. Cover will then commence from the next available
payment period, not your child's birth date.
